Terms of Service

Orla Cleaning provides residential and light commercial cleaning services in the Tampa Bay area, Florida, including standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, post-construction cleaning, steam cleaning, and office cleaning.

Services are performed by our trained cleaning professionals during the time slot you select. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service to any client at our discretion.

All bookings are subject to availability. Submitting a booking request through our website does not guarantee immediate confirmation — we will confirm your appointment via email or phone.

You are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time. If we cannot access the property at the agreed time, a lock-out fee of up to the full service price may apply.

• 24+ hours notice: Full refund or free rescheduling, no charge.
• Less than 24 hours notice: A cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service price will apply.
• Same-day cancellation or no-show: The full service price will be charged.

Recurring service clients who cancel more than twice in a rolling 90-day period may be removed from the recurring schedule at our discretion.

Service fees are based on your home's size, selected service type, and any add-ons. Pricing is provided as an estimate at the time of booking and is subject to adjustment if the actual scope differs materially from what was described.

• Pay after service (Cash / Check): Payment is due on the day services are completed. Invoices unpaid within 14 days may incur a late fee of 1.5% per month.
• Pay online: Charged at the time of booking via Stripe. A card processing fee of 2.9% + $0.30 applies to online payments.

All prices are in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to update our pricing at any time; changes will not affect appointments already confirmed.

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you are unhappy with the quality of a completed service, please notify us within 24 hours of the appointment. We will return to re-clean the affected areas at no additional charge.

The satisfaction guarantee does not apply to issues caused by conditions outside our control (e.g., pre-existing stains, damage, or areas excluded from the original scope of work).

To help us deliver the best results, you agree to:

• Secure or remove fragile, irreplaceable, or high-value items before our arrival.
• Ensure pets are safely contained or removed from the work area during service.
• Disclose any known hazards (biohazards, infestations, etc.) prior to service — we reserve the right to refuse or exit such situations.
• Provide accurate information about your property size and condition when booking.

Orla Cleaning carries general liability insurance. In the event of damage caused by our team, please notify us within 48 hours of the appointment with photos and a description of the issue.

Our liability for any single claim is limited to the total amount paid for the service during which the damage occurred. We are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage or wear.
• Damage resulting from improperly secured or fragile items not disclosed before service.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
• Loss of cash, jewelry, or valuables left unsecured during service.

All content on the Orla Cleaning website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Anka Enterprises LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida, and both parties consent to such jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms at any time. The effective date will be updated accordingly. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. For significant changes, we will make a reasonable effort to notify existing clients by email.
